Therefore, unsolicited commercial electronic mail sent to this address is in violation of Title 47 USC Sec.277 (b) (1) (C). Violation is punishable under Title 47 USC Sec.277 (b) (3) (B), "recover for actual monetary loss from such a violation, or to receive $500 in damages for each such violation, whichever is greater...".
